Community Grants 2026/27 Round One - Application Form
The Shire of Denmark invites community groups to apply for a share in $30,000 from this first round of grant funding.
The Community Grant program provides financial assistance to not-for-profit groups, to deliver projects that benefit our community.
This application should be completed with reference to the Community Grants 2026/27 Round One Guidelines and applicants are strongly encouraged to contact the Community Development Officer prior to submission
Before you submit your application, please read through the 'How to Apply' instructions as listed below.
How to Apply
We strongly recommend discussing your project with our Community Development Officer prior to submitting.
Step 1. Read the Community Grants 2026/27 Round One Guidelines and FAQs for hints and tips.
Step 2. Review the application form questions before you start your application.
Step 3. Have the answers to the questions ready to go before you start. We recommend saving your content in a separate document first, then copy and paste into the online application. This will ensure that you do not lose your work if the online form closes unexpectedly.
Step 4. Have your supporting documents ready to attach, you will need to submit:
- A budget (click here to download a budget template)
- A copy of your Public Liability Insurance
- A Statement By a Supplier Form if applicable (click here to download a copy)
- Other supporting documentation (letters of support, newspaper articles, quotes etc.)
Step 5. Once you have everything ready, commence your application. Allow approximately 30 - 60mins to complete, please don't forget to regularly save your work.
Step 6. When your application is submitted, you will receive an auto-response to notify you that your application has been received. If you don’t receive this notification, please contact our Community Development Officer on 9848 0300 or by email at andy.percy@denmark.wa.gov.au. Please check your junk mail folder.
