Amendment 146 - Lot 621 Harlequin Street and Lot 1 South Coast Highway Denmark
The Shire of Denmark has prepared the abovementioned scheme amendment for the purpose of (in summary)
* Rezoning Lot 621 Harlequin Street and Lot 1 South Coast Highway, Denmark from Rural to Residential R20-40
* Introducing provision under Clause 5.3.7 of the Shire of Denmark Town Planning Scheme No.3 to inform the R20-40 density coding and Local Structure Planning requirements.
This proposal is open for public comment until 12th January 2023.
