CLOSED: This discussion has concluded.The Shire is currently assessing an application for approval of a proposed CHANGE OF USE ‘GALLERY/SHOP’ TO ‘SMALL BAR’ at ‘The Old Butter Factory’ - No.10-12 (Lot 231) Mount Shadforth Road, Denmark.
In accordance with the Shire of Denmark Town Planning Scheme No. 3 (TPS No. 3), the Small Bar constitutes a ‘Use Not Listed’. As part of the assessment process this development application is required to be advertised for public comment.
