PROPOSED DEDICATION OF CONSTRUCTED ALIGNMENT OF PRATTS ROAD
Notice is hereby given that the Shire of Denmark proposes to:
- Close the unmade portion of Pratts Road road reserve, and amalgamate it with Reserve 23579; and
- Dedicate the constructed portion of Pratts Road as a road reserve.
The constructed alignment of Pratts Road currently falls outside of the road reserve, this proposal intends to rectify this error.
This proposed road closure is available for inspection to provide an opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
Submissions on the proposed road closure may be made in writing and sent to Shire of Denmark, PO Box 183, Denmark, WA, 6333, by completing the submission form in the 'My Feedback' tab on Your Denmark or via email enquiries@denmark.wa.gov.au. Submissions should be lodged on or before 3 October 2024.
Details can be viewed here or at the Shire Offices, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark during office hours (9am – 4pm Monday-Friday).
