Boarding House to Multiple Dwellings

The Shire has received an application for a change of land use from Boarding House to Multiple Dwellings at No. 1/31 South Coast Highway, Denmark.

The intent of this application is to facilitate internal changes to the property and convert its use from short stay tourist accommodation to permanent residential use.
