Proposed Change of Use - Workshop / Factory Building to "Winery"

The Shire is currently assessing an application for approval to convert an existing industrial unit at No.12 (Lot 972) Middleton Street to accommodate a winery production facility.

Plans of the proposal can be viewed on here or at the Shire's offices during business hours.
