Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Denmark has prepared the above mentioned scheme amendment for the purpose of (in summary):

Extending Additional Use Site No. 12 (Educational Establishment) containing the Golden Hill Steiner School to include Lot 1 Riverbend Lane, Scotsdale to enable expansion of the school.
Removal of the requirement to prepare a Local Development Plan for the school site from the Additional Use Site requirements.

This proposal is open for public comment until 22 March 2024
