The Shire of Denmark and Outdoors Great Southern have partnered to develop a concept plan for a potential mountain biking and walking trail network in the Mount Hallowell reserve.

The Mount Hallowell Trails Concept Plan is now available for the community to read and provide feedback on.

Click here to download the Mount Hallowell Trails Concept Plan.

IMPORTANT: Following the first stages of community consultation for this idea, the scope of concept plan has developed and evolved.

The reason for the change was to address two opportunities: 1) more elevation for the proposed mountain biking trails and 2) ability to separate the proposed mountain biking area and walking area in the interests of safety and reduced user conflict.

The maps provided show the the new proposed trails area (map 1) and the original proposed trails area (map 2).
