    The Shire is currently assessing an application for approval of a proposed HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION - consisting of a total of 12 Chalets and Managers residence at:

    • LOTS 2617& 2618 RICHARDSON ROAD, OCEAN BEACH
    • LOTS 304 & 305 WENTWORTH ROAD, OCEAN BEACH
    • LOT 3468 PRIVETT ROAD, WILLIAM BAY (RAINTREE ESTATE)

    The Shire is currently assessing five separate development applications for a series of chalets and caretakers’ dwellings on five separate lots within the Raintree Estate. They are being advertised concurrently as they are proposed to operate as a coordinated holiday accommodation business with a single point of management at Lot 305 Wentworth Road, Ocean Beach (The Dam).
